LeadOn Staffing is hiring 4 experienced Forklift Operators - Raymond Reach for a well-established automotive manufacturing facility in Shelburne, ON.
This is more than just a temporary assignment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position after approximately 3 months, with the potential for a pay increase and benefits upon permanent hire.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating a Raymond Reach forklift in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment
- Loading, unloading, moving, and positioning materials and products
- Transporting materials throughout warehouse and production areas
- Ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Performing daily equipment checks and reporting any concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Supporting warehouse and production operations as required
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational requirements
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Rotation: Approximately 2 weeks on days followed by 3 weeks on nights
Candidates must be comfortable and available to work both day and night shifts according to the rotation schedule.
Overtime: Available after 40 hours per week.
Saturdays: May occasionally be required based on operational needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Relevant Raymond Reach forklift experience
- Experience operating a propane and/or electric Raymond Reach
- Good understanding of English to safely follow workplace instructions
- Ability and willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $21.00/hour starting pay
- Full-time employment potential
- Potential permanent hire after approximately 3 months
- Potential pay increase upon permanent hire
