LeadOn Staffing is currently hiring an Inbound Warehouse Associate for a regional supplier specializing in replacement components and accessories for heavy-duty operational machinery and industrial transport vehicles.

This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is confident working with receiving, putaway, inventory control, cycle counting, and material handling equipment.

If you have hands-on inbound warehouse experience and are licensed to operate counterbalance forklifts and order pickers, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a busy warehouse environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Inbound Warehouse Associate, your primary focus will be receiving materials into the warehouse, putting products away accurately, supporting inventory control, and safely moving materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound warehouse activities, including receiving and putaway.

• Receive incoming materials and ensure products are handled accurately.

• Complete putaway activities and organize materials in their designated warehouse locations.

• Perform cycle counts and other inventory-related tasks.

• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory and identifying discrepancies.

• Operate counterbalance forklift and order picker equipment as required.

• Safely and efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

• Work effectively as part of the warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Previous experience working in inbound warehouse operations.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Receiving

  • Putaway

  • Cycle counting

  • Inventory-related warehouse activities

• Previous experience operating:

  • Counterbalance forklift

  • Order picker

• Valid licenses/certifications for the required material-handling equipment.

• Strong awareness of warehouse safety procedures.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Equipment Experience

Candidates should be comfortable operating both:

Counterbalance Forklift
For moving and positioning materials throughout the warehouse.

Order Picker
For accessing and handling materials from warehouse storage locations.

Valid and relevant licenses/certifications for the required equipment are mandatory.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on warehouse position involving regular material-handling and inbound warehouse activities.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating material-handling equipment, and following established safety procedures throughout the shift.

Safety, accuracy, and efficient material movement are important parts of the role.

Regular Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Following Days: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
