Job Title: Machine Operator – Landscaping & Snow Removal

Location: Mainly: Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville & Hamilton
(Various locations across the GTA. Specific work locations will be assigned based on business and operational requirements.)

Pay Rate: $19–$22/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time / Seasonal

Hours: Approximately 40–60 hours per week, depending on season, weather and operational requirements

Summer / Landscaping Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and outdoor equipment as required.
• Assist with mowing and grounds maintenance.
• Support planting and landscaping activities.
• Maintain outdoor properties and assigned areas.
• Assist with moving materials and equipment.
• Perform garbage and debris removal when required.
• Conduct general outdoor maintenance using appropriate equipment.
• Follow directions provided by the Team Lead.

Winter / Snow Removal Responsibilities

• Operate snow-plowing and snow-removal machinery.
• Operate snow blowers and other winter equipment as required.
• Clear snow from parking lots, roads, walkways and designated outdoor areas.
• Assist with snow and ice removal operations.
• Perform equipment-related outdoor duties safely and efficiently.
• Work extended hours when required during periods of heavy snowfall.
• Follow the Team Lead's instructions and assigned routes/work areas.
• Perform other winter maintenance duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving abstract.
• Previous experience operating landscaping, maintenance, snow-removal or outdoor equipment is an asset.
• Experience operating snow-plowing equipment is an asset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Physically capable of performing outdoor work.
• Flexible availability based on seasonal and operational requirements.
• Willingness to work longer hours during periods of heavy snowfall.
• Strong awareness of equipment and workplace safety.

Required machinery and equipment will be provided by the company.
