Work Location: Oakville, ON (Near Coventry Road / Winston Churchill Blvd)

Shift: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.60/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Full-Time General Labourers to join our production and warehousing team in Oakville. In this role, you will assist with the final assembly, quality checking, and boxing of premium mattress and bedding products. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys active work, takes pride in hitting daily team goals, and wants a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Assembly & Packing: Assist on the light production line by layering foam components and preparing products to be compressed, rolled, and securely boxed for shipping.
• Material Handling: Safely sort, stack, and move packaged products and incoming materials to their designated warehouse zones using manual pallet jacks.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing products for material defects, correct labels, and clean packaging before they leave the line.
• Workspace Organization: Help maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse floor to ensure a safe workspace for everyone.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with line leads and team members to meet daily shipping and assembly targets.

Requirements

• Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and committed to showing up for every shift ready to work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform light repetitive lifting of up to 20 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Safety First: Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, assembly, or picking/packing experience is an asset, but we are happy to fully train candidates with the right attitude!
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation to our Oakville facility.
• Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or Open Work Permit).
